Friday: Derek, his parents and I got tickets to go see an exhibit at the desert botanical gardens, It was by an artist named Dale Chiluly "The nature of glass" it's all hand blown glass art, we went and picked up Brittany to go with us cuz she thought it would a cool thing to take pictures of, we walked around for about 3 1/2 hours looking at the glass sculptures and different kinds of AZ desert plants and cactus's, i thought it was pretty awesome and a different thing to do.
Afterwards we went to go eat dinner at Black Angus, it was super tasty.
and not to forget I got my valentines day flowers and new vase on Friday also, they are different colored Tulips, they are so pretty! i love them.
Saturday: Our lil Ranger went home with Emily and Kolton, we took care of her for a few extra weeks so Emily could get her backyard set up for her and get all the puppy stuff together, we are glad she took her, we definitely wanted someone we know and who we see often to keep her cuz we all had been attached to her.
For V day - We made reservations at a restaurant Derek wanted to take me and I have never been, The Blue Adobe in Mesa, it is a restaurant of New Mexican cuisine so of course I would like it, I ordered a margarita and it was very good had me a lil buzzed and went well with my dinner, I had a traditional chicken enchilada (the green chili was hot but good) and a shredded beef taco, so good. Derek had lobster tamales and those were tasty too, we couldn't leave without having sopapillas, we went home and did traditional valentines day stuff...
Sunday: watched new movies and been lazy, went running after DC and his mom Brandy cuz they were playing with the dog next door and got excited and started running across the street! now I'm gonna go help Derek make a salad for our dinner.
